I didn't receive any or all of my CE certificates. Where can I find them?

All CE certificates are emailed out to verified attendees (who attended at least an hour and 40 minutes of each course) within seven days after each event. Please check your spam and junk folders for the missing certificate(s). The emails come from certificates@simplecert.net.

Your CE certificates are also stored in a SimpleCert account under the email you used to register for the event. You can create your account and access your certificates from all events at any time here.

If you can't find your CE certificates in your email or in the retrieval portal linked to above, the most likely case is that you were not logged into the course for at least an hour and 40 minutes. If you didn't attend for at least an hour and 40 minutes, we are unable you to issue you a certificate due to accredidation guidelines.

Please note: If you are looking for a CE certificate from a self-study CE course you took from us, you can download that by logging into our self-study CE courses here. Go to the course you want to retrieve your certificate from and click the Certificate button.

I registered for an event, but didn't receive my course links.

The course links are included with your registration confirmation email sent immediately upon purchasing your ticket. Check your spam and junk folder in case your filters catch it. You can also "Search" your inbox for an email from Eventbrite. If you cannot locate the email, please reach out to support@todaysrdh.com.

Can you verify my attendance time for a course?

We cannot confirm your attendance time in a course during the event. Our attendance verification process takes up to seven days and is done through our software after the event ends. Please remember that you must be logged in to each two-hour course for a minimum of one hour and 40 minutes per accreditation guidelines to receive CE credit.

I had connection issues or switched devices during the event. Does this affect my time?

Your attendance time in a course is tracked cumulatively via our software, so as long as you logged back in using the same name and email your total time will be counted. Please remember that you must be logged in to each two-hour course for a minimum of one hour and 40 minutes per accreditation guidelines to receive CE credit, so if you were logged off for a total of more than 20 minutes you will not receive credit.

CE Course Quizzes - Do I need proof that I took the quiz?

Your CE certificate is the proof that states' require for renewing your license. We must store your CE certificates and quiz records for at least seven years. If your state conducts an audit of your CE, we will provide the state and yourself with the supporting documentation.

Please Note: For live events, you only need to take the quizzes if your state requires you to take them. If your state doesn't require you to take a quiz you don't need to take it.

Can you send me copies of the presentations?

These presentations are the intellectual property of the presenters. We do not have the right to reproduce or share them outside this live presentation.
